CPAPLUS.ORG is a not-for-profit organization that has been designed for the small to medium size firm. Our primary objective is to offer CPA's an opportunity to assist each other, while offering the same opportunity to financial planners; it is combining through an alliance to create certain economies of scale for service specialization.

If you have been concerned about the momentum toward financial planning, and have wanted to be exposed to the revenues, but yet are concerned about all of the new rules and regulations, fret no more. There are a number of ways that we can get you involved without having to get exposed to all the nuances. Currently, for the sake of simplicity relative to all the disclosure rules, all securities registered representatives are with FSC Securities Corporation.
Finally what happens to your practice in case of death or disability? If you are like most small practices, your client base will jump ship as soon as they hear of the disaster. To protect your interests, we are offering a buyout feature that will kick in immediately. We will send someone to your office the next morning to control the damage, and then assist your spouse in the sale of your accounts to your fellow members at a predetermined rate for all business maintained.
What about the cost? The best news is that this is totally controlled by you. We are asking $100 per year for every line item of exposure on the web site. This is paid quarterly to the not-for-profit organization. The company will use this money to pay for the web site, other advertising to the website, and any other incidental expenses. No trustee is being paid for their involvement.
